An in depth assessment of a new or old injury to gain an understanding of current status and commence a rehabilitation plan to return to peak performance.

45 minutes = £30

Rehabilitation & Pilates packages available to best suit your needs.

Pilates (one off) = £25

Pilates (block of 6) = £125

Rehab package (monthly) = £40pm

Rehab package (bi-weekly) = £70pm

Rehab package (weekly) = £120pm

Rehab package (twice weekly) = £160pm

THE PROCESS

Our Online Clinic is designed to fit into your life easily, no matter where you are in the world. Once you have booked your session, a confirmation email will be sent including all of the neccesary details. Within this, there will be payment link (which will need to be paid prior to your session) and a link to your Google Meet booking. This can be joined via a smartphone or laptop and does not need an account or a separate app to partake.
