In a world where healing often felt out of reach, we reached a breaking point. Time and again, we witnessed clients slipping through the cracks—not due to a lack of effort, but because their therapists were constrained by traditional practices. Frustrated by this cycle, we founded ReHub in 2023, creating a space where our extensive knowledge could provide personalised, high-quality care.

Meet Becky
Sport Rehabilitator since 2018 with an MSc in Sports & Exercise Medicine. Experienced across elite sport and NHS settings, with a passion for helping people recover and return to the things they love.

Sport Rehabilitator with experience across clinical and sporting environments, alongside an MSc in Sport Biomechanics. Passionate about return-to-sport rehabilitation and helping people move with confidence.
Meet Josh
Sport Rehabilitator with experience across professional and semi-professional sport, alongside an MSc in Sport & Exercise Medicine. Passionate about evidence-based rehabilitation and helping clients achieve their individual goals.
Meet Mickila
Founder of ReHub & Sport Rehabilitator since 2014 with experience across military, elite sport and university environments. Passionate about bringing elite-level care to everyone and keeping rehabilitation simple, practical and effective.

Every member of the ReHub team is a BASRaT-registered Sport Rehabilitator, giving you confidence that you’re receiving professional, evidence-based care from appropriately qualified clinicians. Our registration is also recognised by a number of major health insurance providers.
