Where do I go once I get there?

> Once in the gym you can head up the stairs to our seating area until you are called in for you appointment. A therapist will collect you at your scheduled appointment time.

> On your original booking confirmation email you will have a reschedule and cancel option. You can do this up to 24 hours before your appointment. Any later then you may still be charged.

> We will need access to the area you are wanting to be treated so shorts, vest or potentially a sports bra might be needed.
